Foods to avoid to lower cholesterol level

Nowadays, more and more nice tasty food is created. They are not just delicious but the look of the dish will increase your appetite. Eating becomes not just essential to us but also an enjoyable thing to do. More and more people is not just taking 3 basic meals but more meals daily.

But, the truth is most of the nice looking, tasty food are not so healthy and there are high cholesterol content food. More and more researches on the food in our modern age have been proven having high cholesterol. People also tend to eat outsides and choose the most convenient place to eat, such as fast food restaurants.

It is commonly known that most of the fast food is cooked with high temperature and is very oily. Such food contains very high cholesterol. This is also another cause that the obesity problem in United States is getting worse and worse. This has explained why the heart disease is one of the top killer disease now.

Perhaps, when we are not feeling well, we tend to visit doctor to get advices. But, we have already forgotten that doctor keep advising us to lead a healthy life style, choose a better healthy diet is the best medicine to any heart diseases. 

So what are the types of foods we should avoid and what are the types of food we should eat more to lower cholesterol level?

First, reduce eating read meat. Red meat such as steak, ham and bacon, are high fat in content.
If it is difficult to give up those foods, just reduce the amount of intake and the frequency of intake of such foods and do more exercise and eat more foods with fiber to lower the cholesterol.

Other food like fried food such as hamburgers and fries also should be avoided. The ingredients and oil that used in burgers and French fries are very high in cholesterol. If you always eat fast food, this is really dangerous to your health.

Dairy products like milk, eggs, chicken should be reduced also. Another alternative way is you can be substituted those foods with other food like soy milk or yogurt to provide necessary nutrients to the body.

Candies, sweeties and tit bits are always kid¡¯s favourite food. However, if they have the bad eating habits during child time, it is more difficult for them to change their eating habits. Hence, it is best to educate your child when they are small. Give the correct concept about food choice and why should avoid those food and what is the bad outcome of taking the food.

Ideally, those who want to have low cholesterol diet should have a diet plan with less than 30$ fat and more vegetables and fruits. Those who always follow this diet plan will have better quality of living and healthier life.
